Job summary
A luxury hotel chain in Dubai is seeking a Sales Manager to participate in sales activities and exceed hotel revenue targets. The ideal candidate will promote the hotel brand, establish strong relationships in various markets, and contract new business while working under pressure. Required are a Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, fluency in Arabic, and at least 1 year of experience in a 5-star hotel. The employment type is full-time with no remote work arrangements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in a 5-star hotel.
- Ability to work in a highly pressurized environment.
- Desire to succeed and lead.
Responsibilities
- Participate in all sales activities and promote the hotel brand.
- Contract new business and maximize revenue for the hotel.
- Establish outstanding business relationships within local and international markets.
Skills
Education
You will participate in all sales activities and work in line with the sales and marketing plan for the various market segments in order to exceed hotel revenue and targets. The scope of responsibility includes: promoting the hotel brand contracting new business and maximizing revenue for the hotel. You are also in charge of establishing outstanding businesses relationships within local domestic and international markets monitoring competitor activities and market intelligence attending travel functions and sales road shows and organizing sales trips to promote sales for the hotel. We will provide training that will equip you to be a confident Sales Manager who stands out in the market by achieving exceptional will report directly to the Director of Sales who will provide coaching and support to enable you to achieve what you are driving for.
- Arabic Speaker
