In this key role you will manage outdoor sales activities, develop strategic partnerships and lead initiatives to promote our premium mattress products. Your ability to connect with clients on a personal level and understand their needs will be crucial to driving sales success and ensuring sustained growth for our brand.

Responsibilities
  • Forge and maintain relationships with clients in various sectors including retail, hospitality and interior design.
  • Develop an outdoor sales strategy to achieve sales goals and increase market share.
  • Conduct regular market visits to engage with potential and existing customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Provide feedback from the field to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts to update management on performance.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote the brand and generate leads.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in outdoor sales or a related field, preferably in the consumer goods sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer bases.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
