Description
- P&L Ownership: Take full responsibility for revenue growth, profitability, and overall commercial performance across B2B and B2C segments.
- Sales & Business Development: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth, expand market share, and strengthen client relationships.
- Market Expansion & Partnerships: Identify and implement innovative opportunities, including collaborations with technology and wearable companies, corporates, and strategic partners.
- Government & Key Accounts: Build and maintain relationships with government entities, hospitals, corporates, and other major clients, navigating complex sales cycles.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and BD team, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
- Strategy & Reporting: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine strategy; provide regular performance reports to the Managing Director.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a consistent and high-quality experience across B2C and B2B customer journeys.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and commercial initiatives.
Profile
- Minimum 10+ years\' experience in sales and business development, ideally in healthcare, diagnostics, or related sectors
- Proven track record in driving B2B and B2C revenue growth, with P&L responsibility
- Strong network and experience engaging with government entities and corporate clients
- Strategic and innovative thinker, capable of developing non-traditional sales initiatives and partnerships
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams
- Results-oriented, commercially savvy, and able to execute complex projects
