Job summary

A leading medical technology company is seeking a Senior Sales Leader in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves developing a sales pipeline, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring excellent service through effective collaboration. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in sales leadership within the Medical Device industry, along with proficiency in CRM and MS Office applications. The position requires a proactive approach and involves significant travel. Excellent conflict resolution and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the Medical Device industry or theatre environment.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Work Flexibility: Field-based

What You Will Do
  • Accurately forecast business and sustainable develop sales pipeline
  • Attract, develop, engage and lead a high performing sales team, supporting and driving them to accelerate business
  • Support and collaborate with our Enabling Function teams to ensure a smooth Order to Cash process is maintained and our customers receive the highest level of service
  • Ensure positive and detailed account communication between the team and other in-house teams, providing feedback to senior management as required
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, such as revenue, sales activities, and conversion rates, and take corrective actions as necessary.
  • Lead complex sales cycles typically defined as six months or longer with multiple partners, decision-makers, and influencers at multiple levels
  • Play an active role in projects / take the lead in key business processes
  • Be proactive in taking part in wider Stryker initiatives & projects across the region and globally
What You Need
  • At least 5 years proven success as a high performing senior sales leader
  • Product and sales knowledge in Medical Device industry, or experience within the theatre environment
  • Proficiency in CRM’s and MS Office applications
  • Proficiency in English
  • Collaborative approach, with the ability to build relationships with teams internally and externally
  • Conflict resolution and good critical thinking skills
  • Medical Device Capital Sales Experience
