Key Responsibilities

• Implement sales strategies for diverse regional markets
• Drive revenue growth and market expansion
• Optimise regional sales processes and ensure continuous improvement
• Cultivate and retain existing clients
• Develop new clients within CIS and Africa
• Coordinate distribution teams and channel partners to track performance
• Identify and report performance gaps between current sales activities and the strategic roadmap to senior leadership

Key Experience

• Fluency in Russian is mandatory
• 3+ years of experience in a full sales management environment
