A leading media organization in Dubai is seeking a media sales professional to join their Emirates Woman team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of media sales experience and a proven ability to meet revenue targets across print and digital platforms. Responsibilities include managing sales activities, building customer relationships, and generating new revenue opportunities. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential for this role, alongside a valid UAE driving license.

Motivate Media Group is looking for a media sales professional to be part of our existing Emirates Woman team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to use their initiative and expertise to identify commercial opportunities and maximize revenue generation for the print edition of the magazine's brands and their extensions across multimedia platforms.
- Responsible for managing the sales activity across our print and digital portfolio to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Generates revenue from creation and sale of compelling advertising and sponsorship deals.
- Constantly seeks out new revenue generating opportunities to ensure that targets are met.
- Develops strong relationships with internal and external customers.
- Account management of existing clients.
- Minimum 3 years of media sales experience.
- Strong negotiating & closing skills.
- An impressive track record in media sales.
- Effective time management customer service skills.
- Verbal and written English communication skills.
- Valid UAE driving license.
