Job summary
A global luxury brand is seeking a Luxury Sales Manager (Showroom Manager) to lead their Dubai boutique. In this role, you will inspire a team of Luxury Sales Consultants to achieve sales targets and create memorable client experiences. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in luxury retail, exceptional communication skills, and a service-first mindset. The role offers a competitive salary of 180,000 AED per year, plus commission, health insurance, and opportunities for career growth within the luxury sector.

Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team to achieve sales targets.
- Demonstrate expertise in clienteling and sales.
- Develop client relationships and expand client base.
- Maintain boutique standards of grooming and presentation.
- Monitor KPIs and elevate service performance.
Skills
- Lead coach and inspire a team of Luxury Sales Consultants to achieve and exceed boutique sales targets.
- Act as a role model on the showroom floor demonstrating impeccable clienteling and closing skills.
- Drive client development strategies building lasting relationships and expanding the boutique’s client book.
- Ensure the highest standards of grooming presentation and boutique excellence at all times.
- Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to continuously elevate performance and service.
- Collaborate with corporate teams on visual merchandising events and brand initiatives.
- Uphold compliance with company policies and UAE labour standards.
- Proven leadership experience in luxury retail or high‑value sales ideally as a Boutique Manager, Assistant Manager or Team Leader.
- Strong track record of exceeding sales goals and driving team performance.
- Exceptional communication, coaching and interpersonal skills.
- Impeccable grooming and elevated presence aligned with luxury retail standards.
- Service‑first mindset with the ability to manage VIP clientele and high‑pressure situations with poise.
- Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and UAE public holidays.
- 180,000 AED yearly base salary plus performance‑based commission.
