   • Collaborate with relevant teams to execute campaigns effectively.
3. Data Science:
   • Use data insights to inform marketing strategies.
   • Forecast campaign outcomes based on historical data.
   • Identify market trends and customer behaviors.
   • Implement data-driven initiatives to optimize ROI.
4. Team Management:
   • Lead and mentor a Senior Marketing Associate.
   • Foster a collaborative work environment.
   • Coordinate with CRM, digital media, and brand teams for media planning and creative execution.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration:
   • Work closely with product, operations, and finance teams to align marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of marketing experience.
• Experience managing campaigns in complex structures.
• Team management skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
