Job description

We are looking for our first Head of Sales Partners for MENA based in Dubai and part of our Global Channel Sales Team. This person will oversee an explosive growth opportunity in new MENA markets through the partnership of an exclusive Sales Partner in the region. This role will report directly to the Director of Sales Partnerships.

What you’ll do:
  • Lead the partnership with a regional Sales Partner to deliver against quarterly revenue targets for Key new markets at Pinterest in the MENA region.
  • Define the strategic approach of our Sales Partners in the MENA region focusing in our key markets in particular Saudi Arabia and UAE.
  • Liaise and serve as the key point of a Strategic Sales Partner; develop maintain and deepen the relationships with the senior stakeholders of Pinterests sales partners.
  • Plan and participate in local Pinterest marketing events and act as a key representative of Pinterest in the region. Participate in public speaking events on behalf of Pinterests business.
  • Help the sales partner develop best-in‑class sales teams and programs to grow Pinterests business with Enterprise level advertisers and agencies in the region.
  • Implement processes and strategies at scale to grow revenue and empower the team to operate at scale.
  • Achieve revenue targets through effective planning setting sales goals analyzing data on past performance and projecting future performance.
  • Communicate the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders across time zones in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Work cross-regionally and cross-functionally to build cohesive partnerships with peers and internal stakeholders including product sales operations and marketing.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the regional Heads of Sales Partnerships and the Heads of Agency Performance and Global Accounts.
What were looking for:
  • 8 years of professional experience in digital media sales online advertising sales leadership or media agency experience.
  • Well‑acquainted with the Sales Partner (Reseller) advertising model in MENA
  • Excellent presentation skills and a demonstrated track record of leading and inspiring others.
  • A data‑driven leader with the ability to lead teams against aggressive goals in Enterprise level Advertiser segments.
  • Experience in process management operations management and understanding how to grow and scale businesses.
  • Ability to extract insights from data to inform strategic decisions and translate them into action plans.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience working with Agencies/Resellers is a plus.
  • Fluent in Salesforce Tableau Excel and other sales productivity software.
  • Comfortable with 30% of travel time in the region especially to Saudi Arabia.
  • Fluency in Arabic is a plus
  • BA/BS degree.
