Your expertise in recruitment, training, and performance management will be crucial in fostering a thriving and productive sales environment.

Job Description
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic plans to recruit, train, and develop a team of 10-12 successful Life Insurance Agents.
  • Talent Acquisition & Development: Proactively identify, attract, and onboard top-tier sales talent. Implement comprehensive training programs to equip agents with the knowledge and skills to excel.
  • Performance Management & Coaching: Set clear performance expectations, monitor agent activity, and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to maximize individual and team performance.
  • Sales Excellence: Drive sales growth by actively managing team activities, conducting joint field work to demonstrate effective sales techniques, and ensuring adherence to company processes and guidelines. Lead from the front & do self-sourcing of clients for business.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with Insurance Agents, acting as their primary point of contact and advocate within the company.
  • Problem Solving: Liaise effectively with various departments to resolve customer and agent issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on team performance, sales progress, and market insights to the Sales Head, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans.
  • Motivation & Engagement: Foster a positive and motivating team environment that encourages high performance, retention, and professional growth.
  • Business Development: Identify and capitalize on all company opportunities to expand our business. Responsible to achieve Assigned Monthly / Yearly Business Targets & Productivity & Activation Targets.
  • Customer Focus: Champion a culture of exceptional customer service and support within the team.
  • Compliance: Ensure the team adheres to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Successful completion of all Internal & External Mandatory certifications.
  • Sales Quality: Ensure Adherence to Sales quality, Suitable Business Sourcing & Renewal Persistency Guidelines.

  • Will be reporting to Sales head – Agency

What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Proven Experience: Minimum 6 years of progressive sales experience within the UAE's Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services industry is essential.
  • Leadership Expertise: Minimum 4 years of demonstrable experience in leading and managing sales teams within the UAE.
  • Sales Acumen: A strong track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Insurance Knowledge: Solid understanding of life insurance products and the sales process (life insurance sales experience is a significant advantage).
  • Communication & Presentation Prowess: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver impactful presentations.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing sales data to identify trends, training needs, and opportunities.
  • Management & Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a team to success. Proven ability to effectively coach and mentor team members to enhance their performance.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
