· Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current customers, prospective customers, and third-party agents to generate sales and meet targets.
· Generate and handle client inquiries for selling property units.
· Address customer queries in person and determine their needs.
· Demonstrate the company’s property portfolio to existing and potential customers, assisting them in selecting the right property to suit their needs.
· Arrange and accompany clients to view and inspect properties.
· Maintain and develop relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
· Negotiate and finalize contracts and payment terms with clients, obtaining internal approval from the COO.
· Liaise with different departments to ensure efficient processing of deals.
· Provide after-sales support, including follow-up for payments if required.
· Provide periodic reports and updates to management on progress toward sales targets.
· Maintain in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of the market, government regulations, competitor information, and current trends, and make recommendations to management.
· Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and sales locations.
· Promote properties through agents and marketing initiatives, and maintain a social media presence at both property and corporate levels.
· Monitor that images, properties, and pricing mentioned in social media by agents are approved by management, reporting and resolving any violations.
· Manage overall sales and marketing activities, including market research, sales presentations, marketing materials, and analysis of sales and marketing trends.
· Maintain rapport with key clients and agents through periodic visits, exploring specific needs, and identifying new opportunities.
· Perform any other sales and marketing duties as required by management.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE with a real estate developer.
· Strong social media skills, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc., and ability to create web content.
· Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate as part of a team.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
