A leading financial institution is seeking a Strategy Manager/Associate in Abu Dhabi. This role involves supporting the Head of Strategy with analysis report preparation and market research. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting or business planning, alongside strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. This position provides an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual passionate about strategic analysis.

Motivated Strategy Manager/ Associate to support the Head of Strategy with day-to-day analysis report preparation and market research. Perfect for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for strategic analysis and research
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic initiatives.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for the Head of Strategy
- Assist in the analysis of business performance and strategic projects
- Gather and analyze data to identify trends and insights
- Support the development of strategic plans and recommendations
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
- 3-5 years experience in a Strategy or strategy consulting field or a adjacent function like Business Planning and analysis Corporate Business Development
- Qualification in Business Administration Economics Finance or a related field
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
