Bus Attendant jobs in United Arab Emirates

We are looking for a responsible and caring Bus Attendant to assist in ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers particularly students or staff during transportation. The ideal candidate will help maintain order on the bus, assist passengers in boarding and exiting, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• Assist passengers in boarding and exiting the bus safely.
• Ensure that students or staff remain seated and follow bus safety rules.
• Help young children or elderly passengers with seatbelts and seating arrangements.
• Maintain order and discipline among passengers during transit.
• Report any behavioral issues or safety concerns to the bus driver or school administration.
• Assist the driver in checking the bus for lost items and cleanliness after each trip.
• Provide first aid assistance in case of minor injuries or emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with transportation safety guidelines and procedures.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience as a bus attendant, nanny, caregiver or similar role is a plus.
• Skills:
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle young children, elderly or special‑needs passengers with patience and care.
  • Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency response procedures.
  • Responsible and punctual with a friendly attitude.
• Language: Basic English communication skills (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
• Availability: Willing to work flexible hours including early mornings and afternoons.
