Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking an HR Specialist to manage core HR functions, including recruitment and compliance with UAE labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 3 years HR experience in the UAE, and strong knowledge of MOHRE processes. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on employee relations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience preferably within the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and MOHRE processes.
  • Must be currently based in the UAE.
