Human Resources Specialist jobs in United States

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and people-focused Recruiter to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing top talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. Your role will directly impact the company’s growth by helping us hire the right people at the right time.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles simultaneously
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective job descriptions and sourcing strategies
• Source candidates through a variety of channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals, networking events)
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit
• Coordinate interviews, feedback sessions, and hiring decisions with internal stakeholders
• Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data accuracy
• Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a strong candidate experience
• Track key metrics to optimize and improve hiring performance (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire, candidate satisfaction)
• Support employer branding initiatives and help promote our company as an employer of choice

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a recruiter preferably in banking sector
• UAE Recruitment experience is preferred
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree Mandate
• Master's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (preferred)\

Date: 09th June 2025 onwards ,Monday to Saturday

Time:9am to 5pm

Location: Office No 826, 8th Floor, Business Village Block B ,Deira, Dubai UAE
