At AECOM were seeking a proactive and passionate Talent Delivery & Recruitment Specialist to support our Early Careers and Emiratisation hiring initiatives across the Middle East. This is your opportunity to play a key role in shaping the next generation of talent while contributing to meaningful national development goals.

In this dynamic role youll collaborate with hiring managers and strategic partners to build a future-ready workforce. Youll also represent AECOM across universities government platforms and industry events - helping to strengthen our brand and connect with high-potential talent from across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Attraction: Source screen and identify top candidates based on hiring manager requirements to support AECOMs diverse hiring needs.
• Candidate Evaluation: Conduct phone interviews to assess experience suitability for roles and setup interviews with hiring managers.
• Offer Management: Manage the job offer and negotiation process ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
• Emiratisation Support: Play a key role in achieving AECOMs Emiratisation targets by identifying and recruiting UAE Nationals who align with our vision.
• University Engagement: Represent AECOM at university career fairs to promote our brand and attract high-potential talent from UAE institutions.
• Talent Pipeline Development: Gain exposure to external talent partnerships through LinkedIn Dubai Govt HR MawahebNAFIS and university partnerships.

Qualifications

• Education -Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
• Experience -Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment talent acquisition or a related HR function.
• Mindset and Motivation -A strong desire to learn grow and actively contribute to AECOMs Emiratisation efforts through our Fursa Program.
• Eligibility- As part of AECOMs commitment to Emiratisation and in compliance with UAE labor law only UAE Nationals with a valid Family Book will be considered for this role.
