Qualifications

• Proven track record in online B2B sales, SaaS, cold calling, and business development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident on the phone and in presentations.
• Strong relationship-building ability with senior stakeholders.
• Resilient and target-driven, able to perform under pressure.
• Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant in an agency is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English is mandatory (Arabic is an advantage).

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage potential clients across the Middle East.
• Build credibility and trusted relationships with decision-makers.
• Develop tailored proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate terms.
• Follow up diligently on leads to ensure successful deal closure.
