This role is pivotal as you will have the opportunity to shape our HR team, manage employee relations, and implement HR strategies that align with our business goals. Your expertise will be essential in attracting and onboarding top talent, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a positive workplace environment. In addition to your HR responsibilities, you will act as a spokesperson for the organization, managing our communications and government process to enhance our brand reputation within the restaurant industry. Your dual role means that you will engage with both our employees and directly with government entities, ensuring that we maintain strong relationships while driving HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage recruitment processes from job postings to onboarding of new employees, especially within restaurant roles.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and programs that align with organizational goals and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Oversee employee relations initiatives, addressing conflicts, and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to support employee development and enhance team performance.
  • Prepare and maintain HR documentation, reports, and records accurately.
  • Serve as the primary contact for PRO efforts, managing communication with employees, management, and government entities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and local government entities.
  • Act as a representative for all on- and off-boarding activities around immigration.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of HR experience, with specific experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred.
  • Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and HR program development.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience working in F&B for a mainland company in Dubai.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
