Job summary
A leading retail and hospitality group in the United Arab Emirates seeks a qualified HR professional to manage payroll and facilitate performance management cycles using Oracle HCM and EBS. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience in HR operations and analytics, along with strong skills in MS Excel and Microsoft Power BI. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a well-established group with diverse retail brands that enrich families' lives across regions.
Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years experience in HR Operations.
- Extensive experience with HR Analytics.
- Experience using Power BI to create Dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll for 1000+ employees using Oracle HCM & EBS.
- Facilitate the performance management cycle.
- Develop comprehensive HR Dashboards with MS Excel and Power BI.
