Overview
Join the Specialty HR Team as the HR Business Partner for Dubai, supporting the HR Director in delivering strategic and cyclical objectives.
You will lead the People Plan and operational activities aligned with the Specialty and Re businesses.
This fast-paced role involves partnering with multiple stakeholders across the region to advise, influence, implement, and embed positive transformational people-focused activities to achieve business goals.
How You'll Make An Impact
Organisational Design : Review and assess job roles and skill sets, propose changes to organisational design, and manage people-related changes.
Reporting & Analytics : Produce monthly MI, analyze workforce trends, and ensure data integrity.
Employee Relations : Provide advice on complex cases, lead organisational structure changes, and prepare risk assessments.
Performance : Implement a performance culture, support manager upskilling, and analyze performance data.
Reward : Collaborate on compensation strategy, manage benchmarking, and support leadership communications.
Culture : Foster an inclusive culture, analyze engagement data, and propose action plans.
Team Working : Support Senior HR Advisors, collaborate with stakeholders, and represent HR in cross-functional programs.
Governance : Comply with Gallagher’s standards and policies, ensuring client-focused service delivery.
About You
Technical Knowledge : UAE employment law knowledge is essential, and general insurance products / services is desired.
Experience : HRBP experience, with a proven track record in managing change and restructuring programs.
Ability to deliver HR interventions and solutions, and manage complex relationships and negotiations.
Skills and Attributes : Excellent client focus and negotiation skills, strong interpersonal and communication abilities, problem-solving mindset, and proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, highly motivated and results-focused.
Inflencing : Demonstrated ability to lead and influence stakeholders at various levels.
Eligibility Requirements : Must have the right to work in UAE.
