The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top‑tier talent for the organization. Additionally, the Recruitment Officer will help develop recruitment strategies, establish relationships with potential candidates, and ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process. The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced work environment. This role will cover the entire recruitment cycle, from screening candidates to ensuring they are ready to join the company.

Key Responsibilities
