  • Support the Area Sales Manager in daily tasks.

Job description
What's it all about?
  • you take care of our customers in all commercial issues (pre and after sales)
  • you prepare quotations and handle tenders
  • you support the Area Sales Manager in his/her daily business
  • you will be the link to our sales partners and will support them in all commercial issues
  • you will be involved in targeting new leads, organize product demos and pro‑active follow ups with the customer
  • you support the sales team in important customer events and fairs
  • you be responsible for the maintenance of our customer database (CRM system)
  • you will administer training related to our OMICRON Academy
  • you complete general office management tasks, such as shipments of demo units, etc
  • you provide back‑up support to your team
What are we looking for?
  • you have successfully completed your commercial education (technical experience is not relevant for this position)
  • knowledge of the electrical energy industry would be an advantage
  • you have at least 2 years of experience with sales support activities or customer sales support or inside sales
  • banking experience would be a plus
  • you have excellent communication skills and enjoy the interaction with customers
  • you are very detail oriented and precise and have an independent and service‑oriented way of working;
  • organizational skills, commitment and team spirit are among your strengths
  • you have a confident manner on the telephone and good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • you have a very good command of English and Arabic (reading and writing skills)
