Role:
Principal Consultant for Ayla for Enterprise Architecture Consultancy engagement
Key Responsibilities:
Perform as Senior Business Analyst in the Enterprise Architecture engagements with international clients.
Lead end-to-end business analysis for hospitality projects involving PMS POS CRM OTA integrations loyalty systems and mobile/web guest experience platforms.
Gather and document detailed business functional and nonfunctional requirements from stakeholders including operations marketing sales and IT teams.
Conduct gap analysis process mapping (As-Is & To-Be) and root cause analysis to identify opportunities for operational improvements. Collaborate with product managers solution architects and UX/UI teams to translate business needs into system designs and product features.
Support system implementation data migration and user acceptance testing (UAT) across multiple hospitality systems. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Facilitate workshops requirement gathering sessions and stakeholder interviews.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for hospitality platforms industry best practices and compliance standards. Prepare business cases cost-benefit analysis and feasibility studies for new initiatives.
Produce high quality artifacts and consulting deliverables for CXO level stakeholders
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong domain expertise in hospitality industry operations
Excellent communication stakeholder management and documentation skills.
Good to have: Spanish / Arabic language
