Job summary

A leading hospitality company in Dubai is seeking an experienced HR professional. Responsibilities include talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee branding. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of relevant experience in hospitality and a degree in HRM or related fields. Strong communication skills in English and proficiency in data analysis tools are essential. This fulltime position does not allow for remote work.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in hospitality.
  • Strong understanding of Human Resources principles and practices.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding of team members based on the Accor Standards.
  • Provide administrative support to the Cluster Talent & Culture Manager.
  • Manage dashboards statistics and all key data for analysis and proactive actions.

  • Manage Employee Branding
  • Performance Management
  • Manage Heartists benefits & facilities
  • Updates T&C system in timely manner
  • Provides administrative support to the Cluster Talent & Culture Manager
  • Administration of Heartists Hub with departments and suppliers along with maintaining of records.
  • Liaises for all medical checks insurance administration and Heartist wellnessetc. for the team.
  • Managethe attendance system and produces monthly payroll and other related reports.
  • Manage dashboards statistics and all key data for analysis and proactive actions.
  • Responsible for submitting all reports at predecided time intervals
Qualifications
  • Minimum 23 years of experience in a similar role in hospitality.
  • A university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management
  • Fluency in English both written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of Human Resources principles and practices.
  • Proficiency inMicrosoft 365 google tools data analysis and Paytrax OasysHRMS system
  • Good knowledge and practical use of UAE Labor Law
