Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the UAE.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Responsabilités
Assist with recruitment activities including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
Prepare employment contracts and other HR documents.
Monitor and track attendance, leaves and employee absences.
Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR policies.
Coordinate with payroll and finance teams.
Support performance review processes.

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
