We are looking for

• Must be a permanent resident in Dubai
• At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in the investment fund industry
• Knowledge of Master-Feeder fund structures
• University degree in economics, business, law, or finance
• Strong customer and solution orientation skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, able to work independently
• Team spirit, flexibility, and availability
• Excellent English communication skills

Your role in the team

Product & Business Support

• Ensure excellent client experience across all funds according to standards and procedures
• Collaborate with service providers and stakeholders to maintain SLAs
• Act as first escalation point for operational queries, liaising with service providers to resolve issues
• Support clients and fund managers with day-to-day activities, including client queries, corporate actions, subscription forms, prospectuses, DDQs, and RFPs

Shareholders services

• Oversee fund administration and custodian teams
• Coordinate with intermediaries, legal advisors, and auditors
• Manage Feeder Fund setup processes and fees
• Oversee rebates and corporate actions
• Order placement on master funds
