Job summary

A leading multinational aerospace organization in JAFZA Dubai seeks an experienced HR Specialist to provide comprehensive administrative support across various HR disciplines. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of HR experience within a large multinational company, preferably have experience working in JAFZA, and maintain exceptional attention to detail. This role offers a contract position with a salary of AED 14,000 per month.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of HR experience within a large multinational company.
• Experience working in JAFZA is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support across HR functions.
• Respond to HR-related inquiries from employees and managers.
• Support HR colleagues with talent management and policy guidance.
• Manage and monitor third-party HR service providers.
• Prepare employment letters and related documentation.
