Position: HR Specialist Temporary (6‑Month Contract)
Salary Range: AED 15,000 20,000
Note: Candidates must be on their own visa (Family Visa, Golden Visa, etc.)
Summary
We are looking for an HR Specialist to support the HR & Administration Director in implementing key strategic HR initiatives across the company. The role focuses on executing HR projects related to Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement, HR Systems, Organizational Development, and Job Evaluation/Grading Implementation, ensuring alignment with company goals and UAE labor laws.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Project Support Assist in planning and executing strategic HR initiatives and organizational improvement projects.
- Performance Management Coordinate annual performance reviews, KPIs, and development plans.
- Learning & Development Support training needs analysis, learning plans, and talent development programs.
- Employee Engagement & Culture Drive engagement surveys, cultural initiatives, and recognition programs.
- Compensation & Benefits Support benchmarking, payroll structure analysis, and incentive scheme design.
- HR Systems & Analytics Maintain HR databases and dashboards, providing data‑driven insights.
- Policy & Compliance Ensure HR policies comply with UAE labor law and internal governance standards.
- Talent Management & Succession Planning Support the identification and development of high‑potential employees.
- Organizational Development (OD) Assist in organizational structure reviews, change management, and process improvement initiatives.
- Job Evaluation, Job Analysis & Grading Implementation Conduct job analysis and support implementation of job grading and evaluation frameworks.
Experience
- Minimum 5‑10 years of HR experience with proven exposure to at least two or more HR functional areas (Performance, L&D, Compensation, HR Systems, or Organizational Development).
- Experience in HR project coordination, analytics, job evaluation, and policy implementation.
- Prior experience in the construction, marine, or engineering sector will be an advantage.
Qualifications & Certification
- Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CIPD or CHRP certification preferred.
