A leading HR agency in the UAE seeks an HR Business Partner to support divisional management and manage complex HR projects. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in organizational development and HR processes. The role requires advanced skills in communication, negotiation, and project management, alongside a degree in HR or a related field. Fluency in English is required, Arabic is preferred. This position is vital for driving positive changes in employee management and organizational structure.
Job Purpose: To be a member of the HR Department Senior Management Team and contribute to the development of the corporate HR function. The role involves advising, supporting, and managing the people of the assigned Divisions. In conjunction with Group HR Manager, the role would require to be a professional lead for Corporate Organizational Development.
