The American University in the Emirates is looking for a Human Resources Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the university's mission and goals. This role encompasses all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, talent development, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. Qualifications & Experience
  • Master's Degree (is preferred) or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management or related field from an accredited university
