Job summary

A project management company in Dubai is seeking an experienced HR professional to handle advanced HR operations. The successful candidate will manage recruitment, onboarding, and compliance with UAE labour law, working closely with sales and workshop teams. Candidates should have 5–8 years of HR experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in HR systems. This role involves managing HR processes efficiently and supporting management decisions.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of HR experience in the UAE.
  • Good knowledge of MOHRE systems and UAE labour law.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Experience supporting sales teams, mechanics, or workshop staff is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning for sales, admin, and workshop teams.
  • Prepare employee contracts, HR documentation, and visa follow-up.
  • Support payroll, timesheets, attendance, and leave management.
  • Maintain HR policies and align HR processes with MOHRE requirements.
  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and performance follow-up.
  • Support disciplinary actions and maintain updated HR records.
  • Coordinate training needs and staff development across departments.
  • Prepare HR dashboards and reports for management.

You will handle advanced HR operations for a truck-sales company. You will support management with recruitment, policy implementation, employee relations, and UAE labour-law compliance. You will work closely with sales staff, workshop teams, mechanics, and office departments to keep HR processes organised and efficient.

Key responsibilities
