The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in talent acquisition and workforce planning, alongside strong leadership capabilities. Responsibilities include overseeing employee relations, performance management systems, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws. A Bachelor's degree in HR is required, with advanced certifications and extensive leadership experience preferred.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives working closely with senior leaders.
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition workforce planning succession planning onboarding and retention strategies.
Oversee employee communications mediate conflicts and promote a positive culture of inclusivity and engagement.
Build performance management systems design learning & development programs and establish coaching and career pathways.
Design and administer competitive reward structures benefits and incentive schemes.
Ensure compliance with UAE-DGE laws and internal policies; conduct HR audits and maintain governance.
Manage the HR departments budget HRIS systems key metrics/KPIs and day-to-day operations.
Drive HR transformation initiatives organizational design digital enablement and change management.
Lead and mentor HR teams aligning initiatives with business strategy.
Counsel senior executives on talent culture succession planning and workforce insights.
