Job summary
A leading real estate and development company in Dubai is seeking a strategic HR Manager to lead all HR aspects. The ideal candidate will align HR strategies with business objectives and manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, performance management, payroll, and employee relations. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and at least 5 years of HR experience in relevant sectors.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in real estate, construction, or property development.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with UAE labor laws and company objectives.
- Lead recruitment and onboarding across departments such as Sales, Marketing, Projects, and Administration.
- Manage employee performance appraisal systems and ensure regular evaluations.
- Oversee payroll, attendance, and leave management in coordination with the accounts department.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory HR requirements in the UAE.
- Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures with fairness and confidentiality.
- Drive initiatives to strengthen company culture, engagement, and retention.
- Support management in organizational planning and provide HR reports and analytics.
