Job Description

Human Excellence is one of the key pillars of the Boskalis Corporate Business Plan, and as an HR Manager at our Abu Dhabi office, you will have the opportunity to make your mark by championing this vision. Through strong HR business partnership, you will support both our existing teams and the new ones we are adding as part of our continued growth. We are establishing a dynamic and future‑focused organization in Abu Dhabi to support our business and projects worldwide, aiming to grow to around 500 employees by the end of 2027, with continued expansion well into the years ahead. As HR Manager, you will be responsible for serving as an HR business partner, driving human excellence programmes that support the development of the organization and people. You will play a key role in fostering corporate values, strengthening our workplace culture, and enabling our people to perform at their best.

Your responsibilities as an HR manager are

• Partner with (senior) management and designated departments to provide proactive HR advice and support, aligning people solutions with business objectives and organisational priorities.
• Managing and executing HR processes: recruitment, salary reviews, staff planning, performance appraisals, talent management and succession planning.
• Coach and support employees on a wide range of HR topics to enhance engagement, development and performance.
• Drive and support organisational change initiatives by providing HR guidance, facilitating change management processes and ensuring smooth transitions for employees and teams.
• Lead allocated HR programmes and projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, labour legislation and internal policies and procedures.
• Oversee accurate administration of employee data and ensure clear and timely HR‑related communication with employees.
