Job summary

A recruitment firm in Dubai is looking for a professional to manage the full cycle of recruitment and enhance the payroll and employee relations systems. The successful candidate will coordinate recruitment processes, ensure compliance, and manage organizational structure updates. Candidates with experience in payroll and benefits planning, as well as operational knowledge of HR systems, are encouraged to apply.

  • HRMS for improving efficiency of PMS (HR.net - -> Paperless)
  • Project Specific and Business Specific Evaluation forms designer
  • Rostered and Scheduled Quarterly and Annual reviews for all grades
  • Restructured the org structure / Grading for increasing productivity and achieving company goals
  • Improve overall employee performance with the new system
  • Employee Change of Status (Promotions / Role upgrade / Transfers)
Recruitment
  • Hiring Manager of Contact for the entire Dubai Operations
  • Structured Recruitment Process
  • Complying with the Recruitment Process for Each concern
  • Employment Requisition
  • Sourcing and Screening
  • Interview and Offer Closure
  • On boarding and Induction
  • Coordinate for Pre-joining for new joiners (Arranging all office amenities)
  • Visa processing online and typing
  • Onboarding and Induction – For All staff at all levels
Payroll and Employee Relations

  • Fortnightly updating on Title Matrix (All the titles for Depts were streamlined)
  • Formulated a tool for the entire HR department to view the titles online
Operational Excellence
  • Process Improvement - Innovations and process restructuring
  • Creating systems to improve productivity and time management
