The successful candidate will oversee HR operations, drive HR initiatives aligned with business goals, and ensure best‑practice HR services across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the overall business strategy and organizational goals.
  • Manage full‑cycle recruitment: job design/specifications, sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding and induction of new hires.
  • Lead talent management processes: performance management, career development, succession planning and retention strategies.
  • Oversee HR operational functions: payroll coordination, benefits administration, visa & labour‑card management (as applicable in UAE), HRIS/data integrity and HR records.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, employment regulations, company policies and standards; interpret and advise management on HR‑related legal/regulatory matters.
  • Develop, review and maintain HR policies, procedures and employee handbook; ensure policies are communicated and implemented across the organisation.
  • Drive employee engagement, culture‑building and internal communications; plan and execute initiatives (events, recognition, feedback/surveys) to enhance workplace climate.
  • Handle employee relations issues: advise managers, investigate grievances/disciplinary matters, support conflict resolution, and ensure fair, consistent treatment of employees.
  • Identify and assess training and development needs; work with relevant stakeholders to organise training programmes, workshops and learning interventions.
  • Monitor HR metrics, data and analytics (e.g., turnover, time‑to‑hire, engagement scores) and produce regular reports for senior management with insights and action plans.
  • Partner with line managers and senior leadership to understand business needs and translate them into HR solutions and workforce plans.
  • Lead, coach and develop a small HR team (if applicable), setting objectives and managing performance.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. Master's/MBA or HR certification (e.g., CIPD/SHRM) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5‑8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2‑3 years in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in the UAE/GCC region.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and coaching skills.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to work with HR data and metrics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS systems.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are beneficial but not essential.
Key Competencies & Behaviours
  • Strategic mindset with ability to align HR initiatives to business outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder‑management skills and ability to influence at all levels.
  • Operationally strong: able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
  • High integrity and confidentiality; professional in dealing with sensitive employee matters.
  • Collaborative but also able to drive change and lead initiatives proactively.
  • Adaptable and resilient; able to handle ambiguity and evolving business needs.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary and benefits package (to be discussed).
  • Opportunity to shape and lead the HR function in a dynamic business environment.
  • Exposure to a broad range of HR responsibilities and direct interaction with senior leadership.
  • Professional growth, training opportunities and a supportive team culture.
