The role involves coordination with the account management team, ensuring compliance with UAE Labor laws, and managing employee lifecycle records. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of administrative experience, strong customer service and communication skills, along with good computer skills. This is an on-site position in the United Arab Emirates.
Scope: Administrator – Workforce Solutions is responsible to support the Account Management team in the delivery of the HR services to the assigned key accounts, working with the Manager – Workforce Solutions to Ensure the customers & employees expectation are exceeded with exceptional service delivery standards, ensuring all operations are in line with the standard operating procedures
