Job summary

A leading real estate and development company in Dubai is seeking a strategic HR Manager to lead all HR aspects. The ideal candidate will align HR strategies with business objectives and manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, performance management, payroll, and employee relations. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and at least 5 years of HR experience in relevant sectors.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in real estate, construction, or property development.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with UAE labor laws and company objectives.
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding across departments such as Sales, Marketing, Projects, and Administration.
  • Manage employee performance appraisal systems and ensure regular evaluations.
  • Oversee payroll, attendance, and leave management in coordination with the accounts department.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory HR requirements in the UAE.
  • Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures with fairness and confidentiality.
  • Drive initiatives to strengthen company culture, engagement, and retention.
  • Support management in organizational planning and provide HR reports and analytics.

About the Role
