Job summary
A leading automotive group based in Dubai is seeking a General Manager – HR to drive the human capital agenda and support growth plans. You will partner with executive leaders, manage HR teams, and implement effective HR initiatives. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of HR experience, including 5 in automotive HR roles, and is skilled in managing large employee populations and leading teams. Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in HR with at least 5 years in Automotive HR roles.
- Experience managing employee populations and delivering business transformation.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing HRBP teams.
Responsibilities

- Manage HRBP teams across passenger car businesses.
- Lead HR work-streams within business transformation projects.
