Qualifications

• Prior experience in an HR coordinator or generalist role in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of MOHRE, visa processes, and UAE labor regulations.
• Experience with HRMS/HRIS platforms.
• Self-starter and self-motivated; thrives in team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities and onboarding processes.
• Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
• Assist in payroll processing and employee attendance verification.
• Organize internal events and staff programs.
