Qualifications

• 34 years in People Operations, HR Administration or Office Management in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of UAE labour law (onshore & freezone) and immigration processes.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to person for all employee inquiries across functions and locations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and immigration requirements.
• Oversee daily office operations ensuring a professional work environment.
• Support company-wide people and culture initiatives.

Proficiency in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office
