Job summary

A leading trading company in Dubai is looking for an experienced administrative professional to enhance efficiency in the office. Responsibilities include greeting clients, managing communications, maintaining organized filing systems, and supporting various departments. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in the GCC region, be proactive, and possess basic skills in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop is a plus, and preference is given to applicants who are Filipina.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years experience in the same role in GCC.
  • Must have basic knowledge in operating Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors professionally.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and inquiries.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Perform data entry and maintain filing systems.
  • Maintain inventory and order office supplies.
  • Support various departments with clerical tasks.
  • Ensure reception and common areas are presentable.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively address issues.
