Job Description :

Project Director - Construction

Location : Dubai, UAE

Parsons is seeking a talented Construction Manager to join our team! In this role, you will support the Construction Director with on-site field construction management activities associated with completing assigned construction packages.

What You'll Be Doing

• Reporting directly to the PMC Construction Director.
• Maintaining a strong client relationship as a primary contact.
• Reporting project progress in meetings with the client.
• Reviewing cost, risk analyses, and extra work claims for the client.
• Ensuring compliance with Company HSEQ policies and procedures.
• Monitoring manpower deployment schedules for each project.
• Leading construction management efforts and playing a pivotal role in project delivery.
• Assessing the overall planning of construction activities to identify milestones and priorities.
• Developing and implementing efficient office and field procedures.
• Understanding pertinent contract documents specific to the project.
• Applying technical knowledge to support constructability analysis and review construction documents.

What Required Skills You'll Bring :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s Degree in Construction Management is preferred.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in construction and project management services.
• Proven ability to manage teams and communicate effectively with clients.
• Supervisory experience in large civil / structural and infrastructure projects (roads, highways, bridges, airports), preferably in the Middle East.
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic, with strong written and oral communication skills.
