Job Overview

  • Assist with travel arrangements, handle mail and correspondence, and provide general administrative support.
  • Welcome guests, manage phone calls, maintain office supplies, and ensure a professional front desk environment.
  • Schedule appointments, manage phone systems, and handle patient or client check‑ins.
  • Coordinate property viewings, prepare real‑estate documents, and respond to tenant inquiries.
  • Maintain attendance reports, coordinate manpower issues, manage payroll and HSE compliance in site administration.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO and health and safety regulations while maintaining records.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial document processing, and provide customer service to enhance patient experience.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (high school diploma or equivalent acceptable for some tasks).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and electronic communication.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong customer service orientation.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Administrative experience preferred; real‑estate and medical office knowledge a plus.
