Overview of the role:
The Warehouse Executive is responsible for managing the procurement and inventory of workshop consumables, sublets linked to repair jobs, and various workshop and facility requirements. This role involves end-to-end coordination with vendors, managing procurement through the Ariba platform, supervising goods receipt, and ensuring accurate invoicing and payment processes—all to support seamless and efficient workshop operations.

What you will do:

• Identify and request vendor quotes for workshop consumables, sublets, and facility needs.
• Ensure competitive pricing and quality compliance in procurement.
• Create accurate purchase orders (POs) using the Ariba system.
• Follow up with vendors to ensure timely deliveries of goods and services.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and timely stock replenishment.
• Supervise receiving, storing, and issuing of workshop supplies.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure accurate invoicing and payment follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement and inventory policies.
• Partner with workshop teams to fulfill operational needs and minimize downtime.

Required skills to be successful:

• Proficiency in Ariba and basic computer tools (Excel, Word).
• High level of accuracy in inventory and procurement records.
• Strong communication skills in English (Hindi is an advantage).
• Familiarity with stock control, goods receipt, and workshop operations.
• Ability to plan, organize, and think analytically.
• Technical knowledge in vehicle repair and software is beneficial.
• UAE driver’s license is an advantage.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in procurement, warehousing, or inventory management.
• Strong understanding of procurement platforms and workshop requirements.
• A customer-focused attitude with the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
