Novotel & Adagio Premium Dubai Al Barsha is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and repairing various wooden structures and fixtures throughout our property. This role requires a high level of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.

• Construct, install, and repair wooden structures, including cabinets, bed frames, doors, chairs, and furniture
• Assess property needs and create custom wooden products as required
• Install fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim
• Frame out walls and set door frames with precision
• Participate in show and production fabrication projects as directed by management
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of all company tools and equipment
• Collaborate with other trades and team members on various projects
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients or guests

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience as a Finished Carpenter preferred
• Proficiency in using and maintaining all tools commonly used in carpentry
• Ability to read and interpret technical literature and blueprints
• Strong knowledge of wood, plywood, and wallboard construction techniques
• Physical strength and stamina to perform carpentry tasks throughout the day
• Excellent attention to detail and quality-oriented approach to work
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
• Safety-conscious mindset and commitment to following all safety protocols
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
