Job description

Cigna Healthcare is seeking a highly organized and dedicated Executive Assistant to support our executive team in Dubai. This position is open exclusively to UAE Nationals reflecting our commitment to the local community and Emiratization initiatives. The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the executive office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team including managing calendars, scheduling meetings and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders. Handle correspondence, emails and phone calls with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Prepare, review and distribute documents such as reports, presentations and meeting agendas. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up‑to‑date.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences and events. Take detailed minutes and follow up on action items as required.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the executive team. Conduct research, compile data and prepare reports as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment. Ensure the executive office is organized and functions efficiently.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Must have excellent PowerPoint skills and be proficient in Word and Excel.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
