A leading furniture fitouts manufacturer based in Dubai is seeking a CRM Executive to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in customer service or CRM, preferably in the furniture or interior design industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills in English are essential, with knowledge of Arabic considered a plus. This role includes interacting with clients, preparing quotations, and managing customer accounts, contributing to the overall success of the company.
Reports To: Sales Manager / CRM Manager
The CRM Executives will enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales for our furniture fitouts manufacturing company. This position requires excellent communication skills a strong understanding of customer relationship management and a proactive approach to following up on inquiries and quotations.
