Job summary
A global consultancy firm in Dubai is seeking a Senior PMO Lead/PMO Director to provide strategic leadership for their Project Management Office. Responsibilities include oversight of PMO functions, implementation of governance frameworks, and mentoring junior staff. Candidates should have 10-15 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in a PMO leadership role, and strong communication skills in English, with Arabic being an advantage. Qualifications
- 10-15 years of experience in project management with at least 5 years in a PMO leadership role.
- Proven experience leading PMO functions within large-scale capital projects, preferably in construction or energy.
- Full professional fluency in English; Arabic language skills considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all PMO functions.
- Develop and implement robust reporting frameworks for project status and risks.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to develop consulting skills.
