Job Description

• Identify new business opportunities and markets for fabrication services.
• Understand customer needs and requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Prospect, develop, follow up, and visit new and existing customers.
• Act as primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and technical support.
• Possess in‑depth knowledge of fabrication process, materials and capabilities.
• Prepare estimates and material take‑offs; negotiation skills with suppliers.
• Collaborate with management and production team to accurately prepare project quotations and proposals.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of sales activities, customer interactions and project details.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends and customer feedback.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have a metal/steel fabrication sales background of at least 4 years in UAE.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Metallurgy or any related field.
• Proven experience in sales and business development preferably in the fabrication industry.
• Must have knowledge of main contractors, engineering consultants in the market and have worked in a subcontractor firm.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
