International Sales Advisor – Job Description

Hewill be responsible for driving sales for Nationwide Middle East Property Management & Maintenance. The successful candidate will maintain and enhance sales performance ensuring that all sales activities align with company objectives. The role includes accurately recording, analysing and processing sales transactions. International Sales Advisor will play a key role in supporting both internal and external stakeholders with their financial and sales‑related needs fostering strong relationships and delivering outstanding customer service.

The role involves conducting Real Estate Sales, providing clients with ideas, options, strategies and collaborating with a team of service‑oriented professionals to meet client needs. Full time position based in Saadiyat Island.

Requirements & Profile
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Driving licence.
  • Fluency in Chinese, Russian, Romanian or English.
  • Nationality: USA, UK, Europe, Russia, China, Pakistan (only with UK or US passport).
  • Male gender.
  • Candidates currently based in the UAE.
  • English speaker or another language is well appreciated (French, German, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Chinese...).

Education

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales or business development preferably within the real estate or property management sector. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
