The Business Systems Administrator for Group Enterprise Risk & Resilience will play an integral role in maintaining and analyzing all critical Risk Management and Operational Resilience insights held in our core systems. They will support the administration of software applications used for managing risk and resilience activities and provide executive support, including full administrative and secretarial assistance to the department and team members.
Responsibilities include maintaining, managing, and analyzing the risk register, business continuity, incident management, and data. They will identify trends and insights to support engagement with Business Units, Regions, and Corporate Functions.
The role is crucial in supporting the wider team to embed DP World’s Risk & Resilience frameworks across the Group by ensuring core systems are up to date with accurate data for intelligence sharing with stakeholders.
The candidate will also support the SVP in departmental administration, including travel bookings, record keeping, and office management.
Required skills include strong analytical capabilities, a basic understanding of ERM, BCM, Crisis Management principles, and a desire to grow in Enterprise Risk & Resilience.
This role involves analyzing significant Risk & Resilience data and system maintenance to ensure end users have access to relevant insights.
