Job summary
A global IT service provider in Dubai is seeking a ServiceNow System Administrator for a long-term federal project. The ideal candidate should be a certified administrator with experience in ITSM modules, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and IT Operations Management (ITOM). Strong communication and documentation skills are essential. This role offers a contract position with opportunities to collaborate on exciting projects.
Qualifications
- ServiceNow certified administrator is mandatory.
- Experience in IT Operations Management (ITOM) features will be a strong plus.
- Ability to consultatively engage with customers and provide guidance.

We are hiring a ServiceNow System Administrator for a Long term federal project based in Dubai City. You will joining our Global IT Service provider for an exciting new project.
- ServiceNow certified administrator
- ServiceNow ITSM modules Configuration and Development skills.
- Mandatory Experience in Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and tables structure
- Experience in creating reports and Dashboards in ServiceNow modules
- Experience in IT Operations Management (ITOM) features will be a strong plus
- Ability to consultatively engage with our customers and provide guidance
- Strong documentation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
