Requirements

• Possess a valid real estate license or certification in the respective state or region.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills for successful client interactions.
• Proven track record in property sales, leasing, or relevant real estate experience.
• In-depth understanding of real estate contracts, processes, and related legalities.
• Proficiency in using real estate software and multiple listing service (MLS) platforms.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
